On 11 December 2014, United Nations General Assembly has declared 21st of June as an International Yoga Day. #3. International Yoga Day Attitude of Karma Yoga – Serving others with Love and Dignity:
Karma Yoga is mindful service to the humanity with love and respect. Yoga says; the effects of your past actions can be washed away by the fresh, virtuous actions by serving others. One of the easiest ways to help others is to simply share your knowledge. As we lovingly give of ourselves to our family, and serve them with hearts full of love, our acts will be karma yoga.
